Increasingly complex working environment requires trained, efficient with high caliber to consider an universal aspects in their business processes and to maintain continuity with best performance enabling business houses, organisations, factories, industrial concerns keep growing, flourishing to attain their common goal i.e. huge profits, brand, name, productivity, reliability and of course a quality.
This fact is strengthened by economic necessities, legislation requirements so economic environment & skill based industrial, technical, managerial training & number of factors influence industrial development leading to national development.
IIt is true our nation, India, is a fourth powerful economy in the world, as GDP figures states as promulgated by Govt. very frequently. On the contrary Per Capita Income gives us shocks after shocks. To overcome unemployment Central Govt., State Governments', MSDC, MSME took initiative and have set up industrial training institutes, industrial and an entrepreneurial education, training to youths to eradicate unemployment to give best future to the youths with Social Status, Security & Safety.
That is why, taking into account - Youths are the column of the nation, NSDC has launched industry & career oriented, job - ready courses to shape up students as per pervious qualification, age, family background & experience if any, to enable them not only stand in open job market but secure best position in industrial world & also a status, respect in society in general which automatically leads to National development as well as social development.
